I was born in Seattle, WA and moved to California in my toddler years. After graduating from Fresno High School, I moved to Cedar City, UT where I worked in Economic Development, as Chief Operating Officer for a large bank, and for the Paiute Indian Tribe. While working together with community leaders, real estate evolved as a natural new career for me. I received my real estate license in 1995 and began developing my team of real estate professionals.
 
Our team continued developing strong community relationships as our business thrived. In fact, our RE/MAX team remained #1 in the State of Utah for many years and my team was the first to receive the coveted RE/MAX Winners in Business and Life Award. Twenty-five years later, I love what I do more than ever, helping sellers and buyers achieve their goals, meeting new people, and negotiating or investing in the interests of my clients. For me, helping my clients find their perfect home and embark on a new and exciting life chapter is exhilarating.
 
I moved to San Diego in 2008 and worked with a Team and then was recruited to consult with an investor building his portfolio and selling homes. I learned a lot and it was fun! I teamed up with my daughter in 2016-2022 in CA. Prior to that we worked together off and on for years with investors buying in Utah and in other states.
 
In July of 2022 I decided to take 14 yrs. of experience in CA and move back to Cedar City. I missed the community feeling Cedar City has to offer and the people who take care of each other here. The small town things to do was always SO much fun. I was always very active in the community and plan to be again. Cedar was home to me for 30 years and I am excited to be back and working here in Real Estate again. I joined Fathom because I like the Philosophy and they made me feel so welcome. Their philosophy is basically the “Golden Rule”. Creating relationships and treating others how we want to be treated.
