Sonya is a great agent. She is very knowledgeable and dependable and having her as a buyer's agent is an asset. She genuinely care about your needs. She will not push you to buy so that she earns her commission, but she will give you sound advice so that you can make the correct decision. She showed me many houses in her areas, but in the end I did not buy any as non met all my needs. And she is ok with that and continued to give me advise when i searched for houses outside her area.
